Steven just closed on our house with us today. I would really like to say that Steven is very determined, helpful and one of the few realtors we have dealt with that will actually answer the phone the first time you call or least call you right back. Steven is a great realtor and my husband and I both give him 5 stars and definitley recommended. him.

We closed on our first house in August with Steven. I contacted Steven after searching and researching for a reputable realtor. My first phone call with Steven he immediately took interest in helping my wife and I find our first home.

We closed on our first house in August with Steven. I contacted Steven after searching and researching for a reputable realtor. My first phone call with Steven he immediately took interest in helping my wife and I find our first home.
1. Home Searching- After letting Steven know what specifics and price range we were looking for in a home, he immediately found houses very similar and stayed within the aspects in which we had requested. He was in frequent contact with us and very diligent in keeping us informed on homes we may be interested in; and would let us know if something new would come on the market within our criteria.
2. Availiability - Steven always answered or returned our phone calls and/or emails expeditiously. When we had asked to see a house, he was very flexible around our schedule to ensure it was convenient for my wife and I.
3. Knowledge- I had spoken to other realtors prior to Steven and he was certainly one of the most knowledgeable realtors in the home buying process. Furthermore, and more importantly (to me), he was very patient with our questions throughout the whole process. He would provide unbiased opinions, and give his recommendations and/or options ensuring we chose the right home.
4. Final and Overall -Once we found the house in which met our criteria and placed our offer, everything went as he explained. We closed on the day we had set, and closing on our house was simple and easy. Our home buying experience was much smoother than I had expected. With this being our first home, the process was very new to me. Steven was very professional, knowledgeable, diligent, honest, and walked us step-by-step through the process. I would highly recommend Steven anyone who's home searching. (less)
